Purpose
Our purpose is to be a platform for democrats to share their experiences in fighting populists in elections.
The task is urgent. Once in power populists do all they can to stack the system so that they become nearly impossible to beat.
First steps
As a start we have researched 15 elections with where Populists were defeated, and a few more where they were successful.
From this we have proposed 7 lessons.
This paper is available in the publication section of this website.
As we analyse more elections these lessons will grow.
However, we need those who have fought elections against populists, or have observed such elections, to post their experience on this site for others to learn.
We hope to organise conferences and meetings where experience can be shared directly.
